New Round of Stamp Club!

My ever popular Stamp Club is starting a new round in July!  This is a great way to tick things off your wish list AND get some freebees along the way.

What does it involve?

· Every month for six months you need to place a minimum order of $50.  The order must be placed with me in person, by phone, online or by email between the 1st and the 15th of the month.  We usually have a later deadline for the first month.

· Each month one of the stamp club members receives the hostess benefits from the combined orders.  ($300 of orders gets you $30 in free products plus a bonus $5 from me.)   Every month in the last round, the hostess received more in benefits than this as I add in extra orders I receive!

· When you receive your order from me it will contain a “create pack” with free samples OR a simple project with instructions OR a thank you gift.

The Fine Print

· The hostess order is  in order of joining.  Some months Stampin' Up! may offer extra incentives for hosts but I have no prior knowledge of this.

· Each order you place each month must reach $50 (if you place a $70 order one month, the balance does not carry over to the next month.)

· In the month that you are hostess you may add to your order or hold a party if you wish to achieve greater benefits.

· Your $50 or more order per month will incur a 5% postage charge.  Minimum spend per month is  therefore $52.50.  Minimum spend over six months is $315.

What’s in it for you?
· At least $35 of free product in the month that you are hostess
· FREE product samples/bonus projects/thank you gifts with your order each month
· FREE Annual catalogue or reduced entry into any catalogue launches during the cycle
· A FREE $20 class of your choice in the six month cycle

Please note there will be incentives this year to place orders at the Tuesday class but this is a better deal!
If you would like to join, club kicks off in JULY.  Please let me know in person, by phone (07 55765 469)  or by email wheatonanna@hotmail.com

It's a fantastic bundle of loveliness that costs $222.75
It includes FREE
  • The Statement of the Heart stamp
  • The Share What You Love Embellishment Kit
  • a pack of Very Vanilla Envelopes
BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If and when you join Stampin' Up! you pay $169 and choose $235 in product!
So...do you see where this is heading?
You could
  • JOIN
  • pay $169
  • receive the Gotta Have It All Bundle
  • get the freebees with it
  • and have $12.25 left for another goodie (snail? a stamp pad?)
  • get 20% off your future purchases at least until the end of October
Sound good?  But what does joining mean??  Here's a bit of an explanation!

Does joining sound scary?  I assure you it's not.  Here's some FAQs.

Q:  What do I get in my Starter Kit?
A:  Anything you want - make up a list of products you would like up to $235 from any current catalogue.  You pay $169.  A great way to get a HUGE discount!  If you
just want to order the starter kit, that’s fine.  Stop there if you want.

Q:  What happens after that?
A:  A brown box of fun stuff will arrive at your door about a week later.  And then you start playing.  Yippee!!

Q:  Do I have to sell a lot of products?
A:  Nope.  It’s up to you.  Many people sign up as Hobby Demonstrators - i.e. for the discount.  That's why I signed up originally.  You can purchase for yourself  or sell to friends and family.  As little or as much as you like.  If you want to try to sell more widely that's up to you.  You can try running classes or parties if you want. I will help you with this if you like.

Q:  What happens if I don't sell anything?
A:  Nothing:  there are no penalties for stopping or dropping.  If you were to sign up in May, you would have till the end of October to enjoy a 20% discount on any products.  If you buy/sell enough, you will then be an active demonstrator for the
next quarter.  If you don't purchase or sell anything more, that's fine.  It really is up to you!

Q:  Why join?
A:  Cardmaking and scrapbooking are two of the best hobbies in the world!  By signing up to Stampin' Up! you become part of generous welcoming family of like minded people.  You are also welcome to be part of my team activities.  For me, it's my job and I have made so many friends and had so many wonderful experiences! I would love you to join my team!

So if you think you would like to join, there is a direct link to join online by clicking HERE.

The Earrings!

I have had a few people ask how I made the earrings that I wore at Onstage for Stampin' Up!s® 30th anniversary.

They were really easy to whip up - I made three pair; two for team members.

So here goes:

Use the RETIRING! Large Numbers Framelits to cut your numbers.  Remember if you are making earring for a 21st, for example, you need two sets of numbers not one.  (Yup!  Made THAT mistake!)
You need to cut a set in Glimmer Paper and then a bunch in white - I used the white cardboard that comes in the back of the DSP packs.  Whisper White would do; Thick Whisper White would be even better.

Punch two circles out of Acetate Sheets using the 2 1/4" circle punch.

Using a thin smear of Tombow liquid glue, layer the white numbers on top of one another.

This will give your number dimension - like chipboard.

Adhere your glimmer number on top. You'll have a nice thick number.  Do the same with your other numbers.

Use Tombow to adhere your number to the acetate circle.

See how good the thick numbers look??

Punch a small hole at the top of your acetate card.  I added two split rings (from Spotlight) for extra 'dangle' and then an earring hook - also from Spotlight.

If you want the Large Numbers Framelits they are retiring and are available while stocks last.  Come June they will be gone.

Large Number Framelits #140622 $54

Window Sheets #142314  $8.75
 Silver Glimmer Paper #135314 $8.75
If you want to buy any of these products please visit my online store.  Or you can email me at wheatonanna@hotmail.com or phone me at 07 55 765 469.

The Projects

We had so much fun at our recent charity day and that's largely due to people coming together to stamp.  The projects are usually based around a stamp set and this time it was Picture Perfect Birthday.

Would you like to see what we made?

This cute card is a gift card holder with a pocket inside.

There are a number of two step stamping images in the set which we stamped and fussy cut to create this card.

A set of clean and simple cards is always handy.

And this is a set of narrow notecards with envelopes.

We used the Lots to Love Framelits to create a box for them.  Do you like the fringed or plain??

And this set of cards was like a set of polaroid shots.  The photographic images on the DSP certainly lent themselves to this style of card.

They included envelopes and then we decorated an acetate box to put them in!  Great gift idea!!

The Stamparatus is coming in the new Annual Catalogue in June so we got to have a play.  We used the 'hinge step' technique to repeat this image evenly down the card, adding brighter ink for the bottom sentiment.  Doesn't it look fab??

The last step on every instruction was "Embellish with Rhinestones" - sort of a life lesson too!

This picture perfect stamp set will be returning in the new catalogue but the accessories won't.  If you love the dsp and the clips and the cardstock pack, make sure you order before they run out!!

You can email me at wheatonanna@hotmail.com or phone me on 07 55 765 469 to order or go to my online store and have your order delivered straight to your home.
