Box of Hope - a new kit

 We have been waiting for this kit for so long - shipping delays have caused its arrival to be postponed.

The Hope Box was made from the heart of Stampin’ Up! cofounder, Shelli. She wanted to create a kit full of hope, comfort, and connection. You can create the cards and spread positivity. As a bonus to this card kit, the box is designed to convert into a Hope Box. You  can make the box for yourself or share it with someone in need of encouragement. Create the Hope Box by decorating it with the components provided and filling it with items that embody optimism and positivity.

Hello Friend....Stampin' Up!® Project Kits

Over the past few years Stampin' Up® has started offering more kits with more variety of techniques contained.

I have just had fun assembling the Hello Friend kit which uses one of my favourite techniques:  heat embossing.

The kit has everything you need including two little bottles of embossing powder.

All up you make 15 cards - 3 designs, 5 of each.

I love the sentiments in the set (which is sold separately)

This card is fun - the 'hello' is a cut out.  I dragged my Versamark ink pad across part of it then embossed with the copper embossing powder.

 

 

This card has a beautiful, subtle watercolour 'swoosh' across the background.

Cottage Greetings to You

Have you noticed the fabulous kits that Stampin' Up! has brought us in the Annual Catalogue?

In yesterday's class we assembled the Cottage Greetings kit (page 154) and loved the results.

Each kit makes 15 cards - purchase the co-ordinating stamp set (Cottage Greetings), or use some sentiments of your own.

There are three designs...

Thee kit would be a great gift...the assembled cards would be a great gift.  One of each design bundled together would be a great gift.

The kit includes the enamel dots and sequins.  The dots have a peel off backing and the sequis are very easy to add using the fine tip glue pen.
