DSP Blitz

Using your DSP

My class on Tuesday 14th May, focussed on using up your DSP stocks - we all do it: we hold on to it, because we love our DSP, but we have lots of stock to use up to make way for the new Stampin Up ® Catalogue coming on June 4th 2019.  Can't wait!!!

We explored a mix of using Stampin Up ® envelopes which we decorated (above), and creating our own envelopes from DSP using the retiring Envelope Punch Board (below) with matching single sheet note cards.

It was as simple as punching out circles, in the matching DSP below, and a strip to decorate the envelope, to create a pretty 'Thank You' card.

The last two cards below, again match the colours in the DSP, to the card front and the envelope.  We used the tailored Tag Punch to lay a pattern across the front of the card.  It's the perfect punch for creating interesting patterns on cards with DSP or plain cardstock.

Don't you love that 'Smile' sentiment?  It's from a new stamp set in the upcoming Annual Catalogue called Daisy Lane.  And the 'thank you so very much' is from Butterfly Gala which is carrying over.

Thanks for stopping by.  If you are interested in knowing more about Stampin' Up!, the starter kit or joining in my events, please contact me at wheatonanna@hotmail.com or phone me on 07 55 765 469.  I live on the Gold Coast, Australia and would love to help you.

Shine On DSP and the Stampin' Up! Envelope Punch Board

I love the Shine On DSP - it's a heavier weight and great for lovely envelopes.  I have a friend whose kids love collecting the cards that Woolies offers with a grocery shop.

Using the Envelope Punch Board I was able to make an envelope the perfect size...and add some pretend stamps.

Good fun and makes it all a bit more special.

Thanks for stopping by!

Thank You + Thank You

Last night I held a Stamp Club Soiree for my Stamp Club ladies.  I wanted to thank them for their business and friendship.

We made a set of cute cards and matching envelopes.  Each card measured 3" x 4" and we made the envelopes using 6" x 6" pieces of DSP.  This is a fab size because you can get 4 out of each sheet of DSP.  The measurements were super easy to figure out - we used the Envelope Punch Board.

And it's also a fab size because you can fit this cute little stack of cards into one of our Stamp Cases.

And to add to the thank yous....

a letter arrived today from the Gold Coast Hospital, thanking us for our donation - money we raised through a raffle at the catalogue launch.

Along with Angela, one of my team members, we raised $360 across two events!  Yippee!

Thanks so much to everyone who came along to these two events.  They are so much fun to prepare and run.

Sparkly Gift

One of my team did particularly well during Sale-a-Bration.

Stampin' Up! offers rewards for recruiting and sales during SAB and she achieved both!

This is a little gift and card I made up for her, using the Tag It set.  I made a box using Silver Glimmer Paper and my Envelope Punch Board.

And another box using two sheets of DSP.

If you are loving the Envelope Punch Board, you might like to check out The Box Buster HERE.  You can enter the dimensions of your box and the table will give you your measurements.

If you are not loving the Envelope Punch Board because you don't own one yet, you might like to check out my Online Store HERE where you can buy one!

Product details are below.  You can order at my online store or phone me on 07 55 765 469 or email wheatonanna@hotmail.com

Envelope Punch Board Card Number....

For this Envelope Punch Board card, I used a Patty Bennett EPB card as inspiration.  Patty has a fantastic video on how to make this card.

This card is in the form of a pocket which is sealed up each side.

Inside the pocket is a single layer card for writing on.  Cute hey?

  • Get an easy vintage look with our Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel.  This is such a beautiful image and so easy to roll onto your cardstock..
  • The sentiment is from a retired stamp set but is punched out with our Label Bracket Punch which has carried over from the previous mini catalogue.
  • Sponge it!  I sponged around the edge of the Happy Birthday to tie it in with the vintage feel.
  • The Envelope Punch Board is only $31.95!  That's fantastic value.
  • The 'tab' is made using the Artisan Label Punch.
If you would like to order the Envelope Punch Board or anything else, please email me at wheatonanna@hotmail.com or phone 55 765 469.  If you want to shop at my online store you can click on the product links below.
