Pretty Petals Quilted Cards

I showed you in my last post the scraps I had from another project...

I spotted a fab card on Dawn Olchefske's blog that was the perfect solution.  Using the 1" square punch she created a quilted effect using all the different patterns from the Pretty Petals DSP.

 You like?

I made a bunch.  Ha!  I have just noticed that there is a Dimensional backing stuck to the Calypso Coral card at the front right.  Those darn things are everywhere!

Still Pretty Thankful

I've been playing with Pretty Thankful a fair bit!  Check out my recent post for other card designs.

It's such a cute set and it's really easy to come up with a cute card that doesn't take too long to prepare.

We made this one at a recent party.  This card also shows how easy Stampin' Up!s  co-ordinating DSPs make it to produce a beautiful card.

Here we used Pretty Petals DSP and its co-ordinating cardstock pack. (page 144 of your catalogue)

Now that our beautiful DSP stacks come in a square pad, I end up with this once I have cut my card front pieces....

Check in for my next post and I will show you what I did with these scraps.

Pretty Thankful

Love this stamp set and all its possibilities...

I have been playing around with the photopolymer set "Pretty Thankful".  If you are stuck for ideas of what to do with a stamp set...start with your catalogue.  It's easy to CASE from all the beautiful designs.  Once you have worn out those ideas, try Pinterest or Google Stampin' Up! and the name of the set.

Got a long wish list??  Does it add up to $169 or more?  Don't forget that you can join Stampin' Up! at any time for $169.  AND you get to choose ANY products to the value of $235 in your starter kit.

So in other words, that's like being in a store where you choose $235 of yummy stuff, you take it to the counter and they ask you to pay only $169!!

With the Holiday Catalogue about to begin, you'd be crazy not to!.
