Cheerful Critter Thank Yous
Here is a cute idea for some simple thank yous. I made these for the ladies who helped assemble the Footprint Cards.
These little treat holders are designed like matchbooks and hold a little pack of M&Ms.
I coloured them with Blendabilities FREE with a qualifying order during Sale-a-Bration. Each critter had an epoxy sticker somewhere on him/her. Love these stickers.
They are super easy to make. The cardstock piece is 2-3/4" by 7-1/4". Score the long edge at 3", 3-1/2" and 6-3/4". The M&M pouch is stapled into the short end flap, as pictured above. Make sure your staple is not too far up - you need to be able to tuck the flap in.
Thanks to Becky Roberts for the ideas and instructions for these.

Friday Footprint Fun
It actually started on Thursday but that's not as alliterative!
But first! I had my catalogue launch back in January and, as usual, we had a raffle with products donated by Stampin' Up! We raised $235 for the Gold Coast Children's Hospital which we donated directly to them. Below is the letter/receipt I received in reply.
Our Friday morning group continued the hard work and Denise set to on the sewing machine to sew the vellum butterflies on the gold cards. They look gorgeous! Thanks Denise. (Didn't get a picture of you in action!)
We also made some Christmas cards for troops - now that's really planning ahead. I had leftover card guts from our charity day last year so the ladies assembled those.
Marlene gets the gold star award for her perseverance with bow tying.
We still have the makings of quite a few more cards and I have plenty of offers of help.
Thanks to everyone who came along and helped last week. We had 19 ladies in total. That is such a lovely generous effort. We had a wonderful time. Thanks too to everyone who attended last year's fundraiser which of course meant we could purchase the materials.

Our Christmas Charity Workshop held last year raised the money to buy supplies to make our footprint cards for the hospital so on Thursday and Friday last week, we got busy.
This is the box of finished cards: 42 gold, 59 pink and 56 blue. A total of 157, in case you were too tired to add up!
We had a group of ladies on Thursday night.
They cut, glued, stuck on pearls, Big Shotted etc. The Thursday night group made a bunch of Thank You cards for the ladies in the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation office.

Happy Valentine's Day
Just a quick post to wish you a Happy Valentine's Day
I used the stamp set Big On You for my hubby's Valentine. As the name suggests, the sentiments/images are big!
The banners are cropped out of the Stacked with Love DSP using the Banner Punch. Love that paper - and I have only just opened it.
And remember it doesn't have to be just Valentine's Day to show your appreciation for someone you love.

Cheerful Critters
To view the Sale-a-Bration brochure, click HERE.
The more I use this set the more I love it!!!!!!!!
I like to have notecards on hand for writing a quick something to a customer or friend. This time I have used the Cheerful Critters, Blendabilities and the Hello You Thinlits Dies.
The set contains three cheerful critters. I think the bear is my favourite although I am trying not to let on to the rabbit and the chicken.
These were super quick to make.
- The base is a coloured piece that is 1/4 of a cardstock sheet (14.8 x 10.5 cm).
- The Whisper White layer is 14.3 x 10cm.
- I stamped the critters using Memento Ink and lined up the chosen words in their signs, easy as pie with the photopolymer stamps. For some I chose a star or a heart for their sign.
- Colouring in with the Blendabilities is almost too much fun. The more I play the better I get. AND you can get them FREE during Sale-a-Bration!
- The Hello and You are cut using the Hello You Thinlits dies through the Big Shot and stuck on using a 2 way glue pen.
- For a cute finishing touch use our Epoxy Stickers over punched out shapes.
