I have a friend and team member who does some pretty amazing things.

So I made her this card.  I thought the sentiment "You make the world a better place" was perfect!

I used Flashback DSP which combines Real Red with Crushed Curry!  Who'da thought?

Red and White II

In my last post I showed you some red and white lip balm cards I made recently for a customer order.  Here are the red and white offerings for the men!

Anything with chocolate goes down well doesn't it??

I have done a recent post using these mini coffee cups. and everyone thinks they are very cute.

For this version I embossed the 'sleeve' with a non SU! embossing folder but the decoration of the top uses our fabulous Starburst Framelits dies.

Starburst Sayings meets Retro Fresh

My favourite colour at the moment is Coastal Cabana and there are two DSPS in the new mini which use it. 

I fiddled around with the circles from Starburst Sayings and the matching framelits (Bundle and save 15%) to make this card.
The Retro Fresh patterns are fabulous and great for masculine cards.

I find a lot of inspiration on Pinterest.  These cards were inspired by one from a German blog called  Papierverliebt.

I loved the use of the solid images from Perfect Pennants.  That star!  That heart!

Starburst Sayings - another Occasions catalogue sample

These Starburst Sayings and matching Framelits are fun.

I had fun mixing up the shapes and sizes along with the Fresh Prints DSP, all of which are coming in the Occasions catalogue out tomorrow!

This is a collection of notelets I made for popping into customer orders.

 

I think the spots on the DSP lend themselves to the circular patterns.  And the best way to finish off a handmade card?  A lined envelope!  These lined envelopes are made using the Envelope Liners Framelits which include the small size perfect for our mini envelopes.  Scroll down to the end of this post to read about the envelope liners die special!

We're increasing the Envelope Liners Framelits Dies discount to 40%!

There are three dies in every pack of Envelope Liners Framelits (132218). The liners were originally designed to coordinate with our envelopes. We've discovered that the largest die, though it fits the envelope, doesn't coordinate as it should-our envelopes have a rounded edge and the die has a square edge. ( I hadn't even thought this to be a problem!) Since it does not coordinate with our envelopes, we decided to provide a discount on the entire pack.

We are planning on correcting the largest die; until then the discount will remain valid. When the die is corrected, it will have a new item number and the price will change, all of which will be communicated in a current update when the product is available.

Bags and Banners

I've been decorating bags...

I picked up these bags at Kmart and have had fun decorating them with our banner framelits

I left a bit of space at the top of each bag for folding over once something is inside.

The stamping is from a brand new stamp set called Starburst Sayings.
