As I said in my last post, I made a butterfly wreath while crafting with my sister. This is based on a design by Ruth Clarke, another SU! demonstrator. I copied her beautiful layout
and used the same DSP so mine was very much the same as Ruth's. My sister made the one below, using another DSP - Cottage Garden, which is now retired.
As with the Christmas wreath in my last post you can see that it works well to have a bigger central image then get slightly smaller as you move out.
And some lovely sponging to soften the edges. Our basic pearls and rhinestones add a sparkle to the butterflies' bodies.
