Edited to add: I have since found out that the original creator of this card is Linda Higgins. She showed us the card at Convention!
I loved the vellum flower and thought the design perfect for my velum class this week. The card I CASEd was in bright colours but I chose to use Crumb Cake and Whisper White.
- The card is cut using the biggest die in the Ovals Collections Framelits. I folded the cardstock in half and cut through the two layers on the fold.
- I used the next sized oval for the white layer.
- The flower is created with white embossing powder which comes up so beautifully on the vellum.
- Crumb Cake seam binding adds the finishing touches.
