Blog for Zena

This was a recent project which we completed in class.  It's such a cute little gift with tiny cards stacked inside a brad or button container.

The gift cards are made using the 2 1/8" Scallop Circle Punch and Whisper White cardstock.  I wouldn't recommend anything thicker as you are punching through two layers on a fold.  Make sure you crease the card well with your bone folder.

Leave two scallops free at the top for your fold.  This means you don't cut away too much of the circle.  And...ta da!

Then decorate anyway you choose.  Here are a few examples.

As you can see a variety of circle punches comes in handy!  All the ladies made their sets using the Everyday Enchantment DSP.

Thanks for stopping by!  And don't forget to save those containers.
